Who we are

What we collect

• Information you give us — when you complete the quote quiz and contact form: your name and phone number, and the answers you select about your project (type of job, size, scope, style, area and timing).
• Information collected automatically — basic technical data such as your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you view, and referral/advertising identifiers (for example Google gclid / Facebook fbclid, campaign, placement and keyword parameters) passed in the link you arrived from.
• Advertising & analytics identifiers — cookies and pixels set by Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google may collect identifiers to measure ad performance (see “Cookies & tracking”).

How we use your information & our legal basis

• To contact you about your enquiry, arrange a visit and provide your quote — on the basis of your consent and to take steps at your request.
• To provide and manage our services and keep business records — on the basis of our legitimate interests and, where relevant, to meet legal obligations.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website — on the basis of your consent (for non-essential cookies/pixels) and our legitimate interest in running the business efficiently.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, acting on our instructions:

• Messaging & email — your enquiry is delivered to our team through a secure messaging/email service (for example Telegram and/or our email provider) so we can call you back.
• Website hosting / CDN — the provider that serves this website.
• Advertising platforms — Meta and Google, so we can measure which ads lead to enquiries. Where we send conversion data to these platforms (including via server-side APIs), contact details such as your phone number are hashed before sending.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers (such as Meta and Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses are relied upon.

Cookies & tracking

This site can use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, with your consent, for analytics and advertising (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads). How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business and legal records, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
